Quality Control

Keeping the standard of outstanding quality in every direction of conducted business is a subject matter of Calamarus´motto. The company lays emphasis on customer source material quality control. Prior to any printing job the control is carried out in our CTP department. The specialists check the data and pass them on to assembly process. We never let in the sheets that would not pass the internal pre-printing control. Calamarus has already saved substantial sums of money to its customers by adhering to these principles.

Modern Technologies

Calamarus works with a coherent integrated print and media automated Heidelberg and recently also Xerox workflows. Our printing house disposes of completely equipped DTP studio. Here we can process your order ranging from graphic design, through color retouching and page break to exposition of CTP printing plates. In an advanced fully equipped hybrid printing house (both offset and digital) we will process your printing job swiftly and in a high quality, and carry out the necessary bookbinding operations. Calamarus maintains the process colour scheme calibration on regular basis in order to adhere to the ISO 12647-2 standard.

Be Safety

Calamarus offers the direct printing of security elements (micro-text, UV text, invisible text), e.g. on entrance cards, vouchers and other printed matters that need to be protected against counterfeiting. We take it for granted that we can provide the variable data with numbering, bar code or QR code etc. As an icing on the cake we offer the application of hologram, blind blocking, hot foil printing and similar printing specialties. We also offer the production by offset printing or digitally printed plastic cards and paper cards (e.g. credit cards etc.).
